Our townhouse is a spacious 1200 square feet ( about 112 square metres).  The extra space has been put into the living room, dining room and kitchen.  There is an airy open feeling to these large rooms because of the vaulted cedar plank ceiling and high windows (not shown) looking to mountain and valley views.

Not shown in the floor plan is a private heated entry room on the first floor.  This room has a large closet for storing ski clothing and gear.  There is also a ski/snow board rack and a cedar bench to make it easier to take boots off.  Because entry to the townhouse is on the first floor, opening the front door does not let the cold winter air into the second floor living areas of the townhouse.
